Large or heavy parts are marked "shipping on request". You can still order them; we will first send you the shipping cost, and then the payment request.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer only. Right after ordering you see the amount, our IBAN and the payment reference (your order number). You also receive this by email. We reserve the parts for you for 14 days. If we have not received the payment by then, the order is cancelled automatically.
As soon as your payment has arrived we let you know and ship the parcel as quickly as possible, with tracking where available.
VAT
Our prices are final prices. No VAT is added.
Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your country's customs. These are the buyer's responsibility.
