1. Who we are

This web shop is run by Jelle en Hiltsje Brouwer (John Deere Parts – Brouwer), Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 01008078, the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products

We sell genuine, unused John Deere parts from former dealer stock (new old stock). Parts may have been in storage for a long time; packaging may show signs of storage. Descriptions, dimensions and machine lists are compiled with care but are indicative. The buyer is responsible for checking that the part number fits their machine.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is final once you click "Place order". Payment is made in advance by bank transfer within 14 days. Without timely payment the order is cancelled. Prices are in euro and are final prices; no VAT is charged.

4. Delivery

We ship after receiving payment. Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. For shipments outside the EU, any import duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know by email and return the part unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost. We refund the purchase price including the original shipping cost within 14 days after receiving the return. Business buyers have no right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and complaints

If a part differs from its description or arrives damaged, please report it by email within 14 days, preferably with photos. We will work with you to find a solution.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer's country of residence.
